We offered our colleagues at Ben White Florist a review of their website, social media, Google My Business, and other local citations to identify any areas for improvement. We were pleased to find that their account is being managed well. While we did identify a few minor areas for enhancement, we provided them with a “best practices” document for managing local citations and current strategies to optimize for Google Search AI overviews.
